About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Data Architect to lead the design of modern data platforms and cloud migration solutions for our clients. You will work with senior business and technical stakeholders to understand their needs, define scalable architectures, and translate complex requirements into clear delivery plans.
This role combines architecture, consulting, estimation, and delivery oversight. You will help clients modernize their data environments while creating the foundation needed for analytics, artificial intelligence, and better decision-making.

What you’ll do
- Lead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements
- Translate business needs into scalable data architecture and cloud migration solutions
- Design modern data warehouses that support analytics and AI initiatives
- Develop solution proposals that define scope, approach, deliverables, timelines, risks, and assumptions
- Estimate project complexity, effort, and cost
- Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and analytics partners
- Evaluate how cloud platforms and modern data tools integrate with existing environments
- Communicate architecture recommendations clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences
What we’re looking for
- 10 or more years of experience in data warehousing, data analytics, information management, or related disciplines
- Experience designing large-scale enterprise data architectures
- Strong knowledge of SQL and modern data platforms
- Experience with data modeling, normalization, dimensional modeling, OLAP, or Data Vault methodologies
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and DevOps practices
- Ability to estimate complexity, effort, cost, and delivery risk
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, Oracle, or Informatica
- Experience building streaming or real-time data pipelines
- Consulting or client-service experience
- Experience leading workshops with senior stakeholders
