About the role
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to turn data science models into reliable, scalable production systems. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, and client teams to build the infrastructure, applications, and workflows needed to deploy and operate machine learning solutions.
This role is a strong fit for a software engineer who understands machine learning concepts and wants to help organizations operationalize AI responsibly and effectively.

What you’ll do
- Partner with data scientists to develop, deploy, and operationalize machine learning models
- Build applications, APIs, and services that use AI and machine learning models
- Design data pipelines and infrastructure for enterprise machine learning systems
- Monitor model performance, accuracy, security, auditability, and versioning
- Apply MLOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automation practices
- Develop scalable services for model training and inference
- Support proof-of-concept development and production deployment
- Evaluate emerging technologies that improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Support self-service AI initiatives and AI platform users
What we’re looking for
- One to three years of software development experience with exposure to machine learning
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong programming skills, particularly in Python
- Experience designing and building REST APIs or microservices
- Experience working with relational databases, NoSQL databases, and SQL
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and the development lifecycle
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and production model deployment
- Ability to collaborate effectively and seek guidance when needed
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Amazon SageMaker, Dataiku, or SAS Viya
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, or Angular
- Experience with conversational AI platforms
- Experience implementing self-service AI solutions
