QA Engineer

About the role
We’re looking for a QA Engineer to help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software products developed for our clients. You will design and maintain automated tests, identify risks and defects, and collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
You will also help improve nimbl’s testing tools, processes, and quality standards.

What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases
- Apply behavior-driven development frameworks and testing practices
- Translate requirements, user stories, and technical specifications into test scenarios
- Identify, document, and communicate defects, risks, and recommended resolutions
- Participate in testing, code reviews, and debugging
- Conduct regression and continuous integration testing
- Track and report test coverage, results, and defect metrics
- Improve testing scripts, frameworks, processes, and documentation
- Participate in Agile planning, refinement, and review activities
- Share testing practices and provide support to other team members
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of software quality assurance and automation experience
- Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and behavior-driven development frameworks
- Experience designing, executing, and managing test cases
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
