About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Architect to guide the development of enterprise technology architecture across multiple business domains. You will connect business strategy with technical direction, establish architecture principles, and provide guidance for complex strategic initiatives.
This role requires a leader who can evaluate emerging technologies, influence senior stakeholders, strengthen governance, and help teams make sound long-term technology decisions.

What you’ll do
- Research emerging technologies, industry developments, and regulatory changes
- Analyze business goals and drivers to define architecture requirements
- Establish and maintain architecture principles, standards, and governance practices
- Provide technical and business guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Support vendor and product selection through structured evaluation models
- Design and oversee proofs of concept
- Lead enterprise capability planning aligned with business strategy
- Guide strategic technology initiatives and build relationships with business leaders
- Mentor teams on Agile, DevOps, architecture, and engineering practices
- Analyze architecture and delivery metrics to identify improvement opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Six or more years of enterprise architecture experience
- Experience leading complex architecture initiatives
- Seven or more years of experience solving technical challenges tied to business needs
- Five or more years of leadership or mentoring experience
- Six or more years of data architecture and analytics experience
- Six or more years of experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS
- Strong understanding of data integration, business intelligence, ETL, and reporting
- Ability to communicate technical strategy to business and technology leaders
Nice to have
- Experience with Informatica, Power BI, or comparable platforms
- Experience in regulated or financial-services environments
