Senior Researcher

Design & Research

Hybrid, including time at nimbl’s headquarters and a local Philadelphia client site

Contract-to-full-time

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Researcher to lead research across complex client engagements. You will uncover user needs, behaviors, and opportunities, then translate what you learn into clear recommendations that shape products, services, processes, and business strategies.

You will own research planning and execution, guide synthesis, present findings to clients, and collaborate with designers, strategists, and other cross-functional partners. This role requires someone who can lead confidently, communicate clearly, and bring structure to ambiguous challenges.
