About the role
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to create digital experiences that make technology easier, faster, and more human. You will collaborate with researchers, strategists, developers, product managers, AI practitioners, and other designers to solve complex problems and balance user needs with business and technical goals.
You will contribute throughout the design process, from discovery and research through concept development, validation, delivery, and iteration. You will also help nimbl explore how AI can improve design workflows and create more useful digital experiences.

What you’ll do
- Design thoughtful, accessible, and scalable experiences across web, mobile, SaaS, and enterprise platforms
- Translate research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Participate in discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, research synthesis, and usability testing
- Create journey maps, service blueprints, experience frameworks, and future-state concepts
- Contribute to design systems and reusable design patterns
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented effectively
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and production
- Present work clearly to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to critiques and knowledge sharing
What we’re looking for
- Five or more years of UX/UI, product design, or experience design experience
- Experience designing complex digital products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications
- A portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving, user-centered thinking, interaction design, and visual design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience contributing to research, discovery, or usability testing
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools and workflows
Nice to have
- Consulting, agency, or client-service experience
- Experience designing AI-assisted products, copilots, conversational interfaces, or workflow automation
- Experience with financial services, healthcare, life sciences, B2B software, or enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, React, or other front-end technologies
