UX Designer
Design & Research
About the role
We’re looking for a UX Designer to create clear, engaging, and accessible digital experiences for our clients. You will collaborate with researchers, developers, product teams, and stakeholders to understand user needs and turn them into thoughtful flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
You will contribute throughout the design process and help ensure that completed experiences are consistent, usable, and implemented as intended.

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with project teams to define requirements, goals, and scope
- Conduct or support research to identify user needs and pain points
- Create personas, journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and interface concepts
- Develop prototypes that demonstrate interactions and workflows
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs
- Produce polished, accessible interface designs
- Apply brand guidelines and established design practices consistently
- Partner with developers during implementation and quality assurance
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, UX design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more years of UX design experience
- Proficiency with Figma and relevant design tools
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a user-centered mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across disciplines
Nice to have
- Experience in financial technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
