UX Researcher

About the role
We’re looking for a UX Researcher to uncover the needs, behaviors, and pain points that shape our clients’ products and services. You will plan and conduct ethical, unbiased research, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and translate findings into insights that teams can act on.
You will work closely with designers, strategists, product teams, and client stakeholders to ensure research meaningfully influences decisions.

What you’ll do
- Define research questions and select appropriate research methods
- Design and conduct ethical, unbiased qualitative and quantitative studies
- Analyze research data to identify patterns, needs, behaviors, and opportunities
- Create personas, journey maps, and other research deliverables
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Present research insights to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers and product teams to incorporate insights into decisions
- Contribute to research planning throughout the product development process
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, sociology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Three or more years of UX or user research experience
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Experience with research tools, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
Nice to have
- Experience in financial technology, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments
- Experience working directly with clients or senior stakeholders
